Shipping and Exchange Policy

FDSmax LinkMera (“LinkMera”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All products and services offered by LinkMera are delivered electronically over the internet.

1. No Physical Goods

LinkMera does not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods or tangible products. All subscriptions, features, and services are provided as digital access to the LinkMera platform. There is no physical delivery of any item at any point during or after purchase.

As such, this Shipping and Exchange Policy is provided for compliance purposes. The concepts of “shipping”, “dispatch”, and “physical exchange” do not apply to the services we provide.

2. Digital Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, your LinkMera subscription is activated instantly and access is granted to your account. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Delivery of the service consists of:

  • Immediate activation of your subscription plan on the LinkMera platform
  • Access to all features included in your selected plan
  • Any associated organisation or user profile upgrades applied automatically

If your subscription is not activated within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us at meet@linkmera.com with your payment reference.

3. Exchanges and Upgrades

Since LinkMera provides digital services, traditional product exchanges do not apply. However, you may:

  • Upgrade your plan: At any time from your account settings or the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment.
  • Switch billing period: When renewing, you may choose a different billing period (monthly or yearly) than your previous subscription.
  • Switch payment provider: When renewing, you may choose a different payment provider (e.g., switch from PayPal to Razorpay) at your discretion.
